Who himly is for
You must be 16 or older to use himly. By using it you confirm that you are.
Chatting and calling with the men, his diary and the days he sends you are for members 18 and over. Members who are 16 or 17 can watch every drama.
The characters are fictional
Every character is a fictional adult, written and voiced with the help of AI. They are not real people, they can be wrong, and nothing they say is professional, medical, legal or financial advice. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
Keep it kind
Stories on himly stay romantic rather than explicit. Don’t use the service to create sexual content, to harass anyone, to involve real people or minors, or for anything illegal. We may limit or close accounts that do.
What you create and share
- Men you write must be adults, and public ones are reviewed first. You keep what you write and let himly show it in the service.
- When others spend gems on a man you made public, you get 6% as coins once that item’s actual cost (model, voice, making photos and videos) is taken off (spending in group chats doesn’t count); coins turn into gems. Creators in the creator program earn 20% in cash instead, under the creator terms.
- Shared moments are reviewed first. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.
Gems and plans
- You get free replies every day. After that, each reply uses gems.
- Plans renew every month (or year, if you chose that) until you cancel. Plan gems refresh each period and don’t carry over.
- Gems you buy or earn don’t expire, have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- Previews (voice calls, the wardrobe) never take gems; prices and odds will be published before they open fully.
- Refunds follow the law where you live and the rules of the store you paid through.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it applies.
