himly is a private place. This page explains what we keep, why, and how you can see or delete it.

What we keep

  • Your account: email address, a protected (hashed) password, your name, your gender and age range, your time zone and your language, and when you confirmed you’re 16 or older and accepted the ground rules. We use your age range to decide what is open to you (chatting is for 18 and over).
  • Your conversations with each character, the notes a character keeps about you, your identity cards, and moments you choose to share publicly.
  • What you watched, saved and unlocked; your gem, coin and sweet balances; and your purchases.
  • Men you write, including the portraits made for them.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as a session cookie.

How we use it

To run your conversations, to let characters remember what you told them, to send the good-morning and good-night messages you turned on, to process payments and to keep the service safe. Your messages are sent to an AI model provider to generate replies; photo and video requests go to an image and video generation provider; account emails, such as confirming your address or resetting your password, are sent by an email provider. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use your conversations for advertising.

Voice calls

Calls run through a voice provider: your voice is sent to it live to be turned into text, and his answers are spoken in his voice by it. The provider doesn’t keep recordings of you; it keeps the text for 30 days. What was said on a call is also saved in your conversation with him, where you can delete it.

Public content

Men made public and moments you share are checked automatically and then reviewed by a person. Reported content is read by a person too.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to store your time zone and language. No advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can delete any note a character keeps about you, turn off messages from your regulars, block any character, and delete your account and everything in it from You. If you live in the EU, UK or a US state with privacy laws, you also have the right to access, correct and export your data.
